The air was thick with the aroma of flowers and lush greenery. I poured myself a glass of Anejo Rum on the rocks and savored it while listening to an eclectic house playlist. The contrasting temperatures created a perfect balance of warmth and coolness as the humidity began to thaw the frozen glass.
