What countries does SIRENS deliver to?

At the moment, we are only available in the United Kingdom! However, we are working toward expanding our reach. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on when we will be available in your country.

What delivery services are available?

We provide two delivery options within the United Kingdom: priority delivery through Royal Mail and express delivery through various Couriers.

Has my order been shipped?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process and ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Your parcel is fully traceable on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided. Don't hesitate to contact the carrier or us at cheers@drinksirens.com for any further questions.

Is the delivery of my order free?

SIRENS offers complimentary delivery on orders over £40 GBP. For orders under £40 GBP, we charge £4.72 GBP for priority delivery via Royal Mail. Keep in mind that priority delivery usually takes about 2-4 business days after your order has been processed.

Additionally, we charge £7.72 GBP for express delivery through various Couriers. Time is of the essence, therefore orders must be placed before 13:00 to ensure delivery on the next business day.

*Only Royal Mail Priority is available for up to 15 bottles to Northern Ireland and the Highlands.

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address. What should I do?

To ensure successful deliveries please provide the correct address information when placing an order. If the product is returned due to inaccurate details, you may be charged additional fees for re-delivery. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures.

I have not received my order. What should I do?

We understand how frustrating it can be when something unexpected happens to your order. That's why we've partnered with Route to provide you with the necessary support. Route Protect is a protection solution that is added by default to all orders. This service helps to cover you in case your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Please note that if you opt out of Route's package protection, SIRENS is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit.

If your order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route's expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

Billing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

SIRENS accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay, processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Why was my payment refused?

If your payment is declined or cancelled, please reach out to your bank for assistance.

Do you offer Klarna/AfterPay?

Our Buy Now, Pay Later options are PayPal Pay Later and Shop Pay Installments.

Do you accept Cryptocurrency payments?

Yes, we do accept Bitcoin payments through OpenNode. We are working on expanding our cryptocurrency payment options to include other digital currencies soon.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 7 business days from the date of receiving your order to return any items. A return fee £3 GBP and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Under 2kg: £6 GBP
  • Over 2kg: £10 GBP

*Items must be returned in the same condition, with the bottle unopened and undamaged.

Can I exchange a product?

At this time, we do not provide exchange services. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you can return the item for a refund and then make a new order.

How do I return my order?

Drop us an email at cheers@drinksirens.com and let us know how we can make things better. And if you need to return your items, we've got you covered with these 7 easy-peasy steps.

1. Head over to the Return Portal

2. Enter “Your recent Order” in search for your retailer

3. Enter Order reference

4. Enter “SIRENS” as Retailer Name

5. Enter Return reason

6. Enter your details

7. Create Label and send your package back to SIRENS

Once we complete processing your return, we will notify you.

When will I receive the refund for my order?

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the bottle is opened or damaged. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus restocking and return shipping fees.

Did you receive my returned order?

Once we have processed your refund, we will send you a confirmation email. It's essential to remember that processing times for refunds may differ based on the policies of your bank or credit card company.
